Jenny Bianchini
Hello, and welcome. I'm Jenny, and I'm so glad you're here.
Life's journey can be complex and challenging at times, but you don't have to navigate it alone. As a therapist, I'm here to offer support, understanding, and companionship as you work towards personal growth and wellbeing.
My approach is rooted in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which means we can work to stop any trauma or adverse past experiences from continuing to hijack your present. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which means we can work to identify and transform the thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors that might be holding you back.
I believe in creating a warm, accepting environment where you can feel safe to explore your challenges and aspirations. Together, we'll collaborate to bring your unique vision of health to life. Whether you're a young adult navigating life's transitions or an adult seeking personal development, I'm here to listen and walk alongside you.
With over a decade of experience as a professional musical theater performer, I have a unique understanding of the challenges faced by performers and artists. This experience gives me a special insight into the pressures, anxieties, and personal growth opportunities that come with a career in the performing arts. If you're a performer, you'll find in me a therapist who truly understands your world.
Understanding that faith can be a crucial element of wellness for many, I'm open to integrating your spiritual beliefs into our sessions if that's important to you. My goal is to tailor our work to your individual needs and preferences.
When I'm not in the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two playful bunnies, and our two loving dogs. In addition to snuggling my sweet pets, I enjoy crafting, singing, watching Disney movies, and progressing along my own therapeutic journey.
As a National Certified Counselor and Licensed Associate Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania under the clinical direction and supervision of Coleen Dixon, I bring a solid foundation in counseling theory and practice, along with a commitment to ethical, evidence-based work to our sessions together.
